Love how this app organize my baby photos in an chronological manner, love that it is a private space for only folks I invite to join. Love that it allows me to have access to timely baby developmental news and information!

Me and my family members are located in different counties. Waiting to see an update of our baby on QinBaoBao became a major bonding moment for our entire family. We are very grateful to be using this app.

Normally the app functions greatly. Today suddenly I can’t go to my baby’s pages to view/upload photos. I’m stuck at the page where is says 育儿，商城and关于。

The app states English as a language, but all is in Chinese and nothing in the setting to make it to English

Qinbaobao helps us to record every moment of our love. It is easy to use, especially friendly to elder family members.

The app was good until the most recent update, which removed English as an available default language. The developer offered no explanation as to why this was done in the notes accompanying the update. If you cannot read Chinese, the app is now pretty much useless.

The app says I need to give it the access to all the pictures in order to upload. This is very annoying and doesn’t respect my privacy.

it’s a very useful and cute software to share the moments of our baby to the family, but I have a concern about the privacy and security. I’d like to know if the service provider have a mature solution to prevent employee to access the customers’ content

为什么这几天亲宝宝链接不上网络啊？有没有工作人员能联系一下？照片上传不了，删除了重新下载了连登录都登录不了，一直提示没有网络，明明是连着WiFi的

Been a great app but suddenly it only works when I’m on cellular network/data and not anymore on WiFi. Anyone has a fix?

Videos have poor audio qualities for me. When I play a video, there’s a huge noise playing in the background. Same when I download the video. And it happens for all videos. My wife uses android phones and all things work for her.

I like the app in the beginning. However, the biggest issue is that you don’t have any option to block or delete any random followers if you don’t want them to follow you..... There is one wired guys who recently followed me out of no reason, as I didn’t post anything on the app yet. He has a mistress and so proud that she pregnant. I mean he has his freedom, but I prefer not to let him follow me and see my future post. BUT, I can not delete him or block him.......it is awful, as it suppose to be a place where both parents and babies feel safe!!! I am thinking close my account and move to other apps.....

I found a bug with the cure version. The iPad app can not handle HRD video, but iPhone app works just fine. HRD video is a by default video formats for iPhone 12 Pro. Hope the big can be fixed soon in iPad

When viewing HDR videos taken and uploaded by newer iPhones, I can barely see anything—- everything washed out towards bright white.

This is easy to share photos among the family. Perfect!

I was looking for an app that could allow me to share moments of my kid with my family and this is the perfect one. Unlike social media apps, QinBaoBao is curated specifically for you to share photos, videos, big moments with family members and friends. You can share whatever photos/videos without worrying about spamming your friends on social media. It also allows various ways of organizing the moments, e.g. by date, tags, search, important days, etc. The entire family felt closer with QinBaobao. Grandparents can view every precious moment of the kid growing and feel being part of it. I’m also hoping to share the newborn moments with my daughter after she grows up a bit. A bit of feedback: It’ll be great if the app could allow for rotated UI on iPad. :D

It’s so easy and fun to use this app to create a group for family and friends to see moments of baby. The only thing I wish it had was that it can auto adjust time zone instead of all using Beijing time to record the age of babies.

The app features may be good. But it stores your private photos on cloud which means they have access to all your privacy information! And it needs to register! You can Charge for buying the app but never try to fool people to give you private information.
